By accessing or using Heat Novels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

Heat Novels is intended for readers aged 16 and up, as some stories contain mature romantic themes. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 16.

3. Description of Service

Heat Novels provides a platform for reading and discovering stories across various genres. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. Subscription and Billing

Heat Novels offers paid subscription plans. When you subscribe, you will be charged the discounted introductory price displayed at the time of purchase for your selected trial period (e.g., 3-day, 1-week, or 2-week plan). Your subscription will automatically renew as a monthly subscription at the standard rate of forty-seven dollars and ninety-eight cents USD per month at the end of your introductory period. No action is required to continue your subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel. Prices may change, but we will notify you before any price increase takes effect on your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@heatnovels.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that period expires.

By subscribing, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this constitutes delivery of the service. If you are not satisfied with your paid trial, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the trial charge. If any issues arise or you forgot to cancel, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first full subscription charge. 6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Heat Novels, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Heat Novels or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
