At HeatNovels, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work, so you know exactly what to expect.

Depending on the plan you chose, you will get a paid 3-day, 1-week or 2-week trial of our premium subscription. During checkout, the charge date, amount, and plan details are clearly displayed. By completing checkout, you authorize the automatic charge at the end of your trial period.

2. Paid Trial

• The paid trial is a discounted 3-day, 1-week or 2-week period of our full subscription.
• You can cancel at any time during your trial. If you do, your trial will not transition to a full subscription, and you will not be charged further.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically transition to a full subscription and your payment method will be charged.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Go to Settings → Cancel Subscription in the app.

What happens when you cancel

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged again.
• Your premium content remains accessible until your billing period ends.

You may contact us within 7 days of the charge if you're not satisfied with your purchase for a full refund.

Subscription

If any issues arise or you forgot to cancel your trial, you may contact us within 24 hours of the first subscription charge for a full refund.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Charges from HeatNovels appear on your statement as HEATNOVELS.COM or HEATNOVELS.

We can typically resolve billing questions much faster than the bank dispute process, which can take several weeks. Our team is available via support email and will review your account within 24 hours.

6. How to Request a Refund

Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your account and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
